Return/Exchange Policy
No returns will be accepted without previous return authorization. Returns must be clearly marked with a return authorization number. Any returns without return authorization will be refused. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
Merchandise that has been worn or altered cannot be returned. All goods returned for reason other than defective merchandise will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, unless being exchanged (in which you are just subject to the shipping charges). Please insure your returns in case they are lost in transit to us.
Custom merchandise cannot be cancelled once in production. |
